Are Pintola products 100% natural?
Yes, our products are made with high-quality ingredients and contain no hydrogenated oils, artificial flavors, or preservatives. Our All-Natural range consists of 100% roasted peanuts and nothing else.
How should I store my peanut butter?
We recommend storing your jar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. While refrigeration is not required, it can help preserve the freshness and prevent oil separation in our all-natural varieties.
Why is there a layer of oil on top of my peanut butter?
Oil separation is a natural phenomenon in pure peanut butter. Since we do not use stabilizers or emulsifiers, the natural peanut oil rises to the top. Simply stir it back in and enjoy!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. however, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
